	I suffer from chronic pain and fibromyalgia yet with all the very strong painkillers i take i always suffer so badly with pain in my neck. Zheng Gu Shui is the only thing that takes the pain away. It works brilliantly. I put a good amount on a flat cotton pad and rub it into my neck. It causes a nice warm sensation that just takes the pain away. Wonderful relief! It smells like menthol and rather spicy and it clears sinuses out if you take a good sniff! Even using it a few times a day the bottle lasts a long time so i think the price is just about right. 	I have Used Ammeltz Yoko Yoko for over 10 years now. I use it on my arthritic knees and on sore shoulders at times when needed. I find it very handy as it is a liquid liniment type of treatment and it soothes sore muscles where you don't have to touch the liniment as it has an applicator pad that you use to apply the liquid rather than an ointment by hand Ian M.
