How do I track my order?
To track and trace your order, please:
1. Log into your SGBox.com Friends account at https://www.sgbox.com/friends/friendslogin
2. Click on "View purchase history".
3. Click on your order number.
4. Click on the "Track this package" button.
5. Click on the "No, I have not received this package" button only if you have not received the listed contents of the package.
6. Click on the "Trace this package" button at the bottom of the page.
7. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
If you have not signed up for a Friends account, please sign up now at https://www.sgbox.com/cgi-bin/friends/friendssignup.cgi using the same email address that you had used in your order. It's FREE!
Please note that many users of free email services such as me.com, hotmail.com and yahoo.com are not receiving email from various third parties for no apparent reasons. This is a well documented issue online and you may google it to verify it yourself or check out https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/hotmail-email/how-do-i-interpret-the-delivery-failure-message/2f1bf9c0-8b03-4f8f-aacc-5f6ba60a73f3
Therefore, if you are using one such free email service, you may not see our email to you in your Inbox, Junk or Spam folder even though we had sent our email to you. Please consider using another email address to email us so that you may receive our email replies, e.g. Gmail.
