Why can't I log into my SGBox.com Friends account?
The following are a few possible reasons and their solutions.
1. You have not signed up for a SGBox.com Friends account. If so, please sign up now at https://www.sgbox.com/cgi-bin/friends/friendssignup.cgi using the same email address that you had used in your order.
Please note that many users of free email services such as me.com, hotmail.com and yahoo.com are not receiving email from various third parties for no apparent reasons. Therefore, if you are using one such free email service, you may not see our email to you in your Inbox, Junk or Spam folder even though we had sent our email to you. Please consider using another email address to email us so that you may receive our email replies, e.g. Gmail.
2. You have not activated your account. If so, please click on the activation link in the email that we had sent to you on that day that you signed up. If you cannot find that email in your Inbox, please check your other email folders (e.g. Bulk, Junk, Spam, etc.).
3. You did not log in with your correct password. If so, or if you have forgotten your password, please request for a new password at https://www.sgbox.com/cgi-bin/friends/friendspassword.cgi now.
