Why did I receive more than one order confirmation email?
You had received more than one order confirmation email with different order numbers because you had clicked on the "Confirm order and make payment" button more than once during checkout. Not to worry. If you are paying by credit card via our secure web page or PayPal, as long as you had made your payment only for one of the order numbers, your credit card or PayPal account will only be charged once and we will process only the order that you had paid for. Please refer to the order number that is reflected in the email that is sent to you from WorldPay or PayPal; that is the order number that your credit card or PayPal account will be charged for. If you are not paying by credit card or PayPal, please indicate the order number when you make your payment to us.
