Why didn't I receive any order confirmation email?
If you did not click on the "Confirm order and make payment" button during checkout, you will not receive any order confirmation email.
If you did, and you cannot find any order confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your other email folders (e.g. Bulk Mail, Junk, Spam, Trash, etc.). To prevent our email from not reaching your Inbox in future, please tag it as "Not Spam" in your email program, add our domain sgbox.com to your email whitelist, change your spam filtering rules, and / or feedback to your email service provider about any inconvenience they might have caused you.
You may also log into your Friends account at https://www.sgbox.com/friends/friendslogin/ and click on "View order email" in the "Existing customer?" section to view the email that we had sent you in the last 60 days regarding your orders.
