What is the difference between Kindergarten 1st Year and 2nd Year?

In Singapore, children attend 2 years of kindergarten education. This is to help them build up a strong foundation in various subjects and better prepare them for primary school. Essentially, children will use the Kindergarten 1st Year materials before using the Kindergarten 2nd Year materials in the subsequent year.
