My country's post office is not reliable. Can you guarantee that they will deliver my order to me?
We would like to seek your kind understanding that we do not provide shipping services ourselves, and are therefore dependent on the post office in our country and the post office in your country.
We believe that you would be more familiar with the service standard of your country's post office than us. As a rule of thumb, the more expensive shipping methods are generally more reliable than the cheaper ones, e.g. Air Parcel is generally more reliable than Air Mail. This is mostly true for most countries.
